M3 is the feeding shaft motor, which is driven by vec-vbt special servo for automatic alignment. This servo is synchronized with the film pulling shaft speed in proportion. The built-in motion control card is used to complete dynamic tracking, and the color code on the packaging film is detected by the feeding shaft position. The error is corrected from time to time to ensure the alignment of the material and the packaging film

The complex programming of the system is completed by the servo driver in the way of the built-in motion control card. The control action can be realized only by writing a simple program of the man-machine interface, which makes the whole system simple, economical and reliable
