Common faults of electrical components of cup printing machine and their solutions
Today, we mainly introduce the common faults of the electrical components of the multi-color cup printing machine and their solutions.
One host cannot be started
First, check the frequency converter of the multi-color cup printing machine to see if it displays fault codes (Lu, OC, etc.)
1. if Lu is displayed, it indicates that the voltage is low or the power supply voltage fluctuates greatly. Solution: add a voltage regulator with a capacity of 3KVA or above.
2. if OC is displayed, it indicates that the multi-color cup printing machine is overcurrent, that is, the equipment load is too large. Check the cup printing machine, such as whether the equipment is short of oil, so as to make the equipment run smoothly.
3. for frequency converter failure, please refer to the relevant chapters of the attached frequency converter operation manual or consult the frequency converter manufacturer.
If the frequency converter shows that the frequency is digital, check the following:
1. two safety cover switches are respectively placed above the water bucket and at the paper receiving part (both on the side of the non operating surface). Both switches are normally closed.
2. check whether the start button (normally open point, wire numbers at both ends are 57 and 56) and the stop button (normally closed point) of the host are normal.
3. check whether the two red lights on the circuit board are on. If the two red lights are not on, check whether the two fuses on the circuit board are loose.
Air pump fails to start normally
1. check whether the air pump start button and air pump stop button (normally closed point) are normal.
2. check whether the paper counter of the cup printer reaches the preset number. If the set number of paper is reached, the number displayed on the counter flashes. Press the reset key to reset the counter before starting the air pump.
3. check whether the AC fuse in the control box is fused (its position is on the left side of the AC contactor).
4. press the air pump start button to check whether the D8 indicator on the circuit board is on
If the indicator light is on, please use the AC Gear of the multimeter to measure terminals 54 and 51 of the circuit board to see if the meter shows 220V. If there is 220V, check the AC contactor; If there is no 220V; Check whether the screw fuse of the circuit board is blown.
If the indicator light is not on, please check whether the air pump start button and air pump stop button are normal; Check whether the paper counter reaches the preset number. If the set number of paper is reached, the number displayed on the counter flashes. Press the reset key to reset the counter before starting the air pump.
