Typical sterile packaging equipment

Various aseptic packaging systems are usually composed of high-temperature short-time, instantaneous sterilization equipment, aseptic packaging equipment and CIP (in-situ cleaning) equipment. The products are continuously processed and packaged in sealed pipelines. The processing, cleaning and disinfection procedures, temperature, pressure and other parameters of the whole system are controlled by microcomputer, which is a highly automatic electromechanical system equipment.

According to the form of packaging container, the aseptic packaging system equipment mainly includes: Carton aseptic packaging system equipment; Plastic cup aseptic packaging system equipment; Plastic bag aseptic packaging system equipment; Plastic bottle aseptic packaging system equipment; Large bag aseptic packaging equipment; Sterile packaging system equipment for tinplate cans; Glass bottle aseptic packaging system equipment.

Tetra Pak aseptic packaging equipment can continuously make paper blanks into containers, fill and seal. Generally, the production capacity of the packaging machine is 4500 bags /h~6000 bags /h, with diamond (standard), brick, roof, Tetra Pak crown and Tetra Pak King packaging forms, and the capacity ranges from 125ml to 2000ml. At present, the aseptic packaging equipment of brick box Tetra Pak is widely introduced in China.

When the packaging materials on Tetra Pak packaging machine are transported upward, the polyethylene layer on its inner surface will generate static charges, and the charged microorganisms will be adsorbed on the packaging materials and spread on the surface of the food. Therefore, when the packaging materials pass through the H2O2 water solution tank, they will be sterilized with 35% H2O2 and 0.3 wetting agent to achieve the purpose of chemical sterilization. However, the sterilization effect of cold H2O2 is not good, and heating treatment is required to improve the sterilization efficiency of H2O2.
