There are two kinds of aseptic packaging machines for plastic cups: plastic sheet coil thermoforming cup or prefabricated cup. Thermoformed cups have aseptic packaging systems produced by Er Ca in France, therfbrm and Bosh in the United States. The preformed cup has the fresh fill aseptic packaging system of metal box company. ERCA has two kinds of aseptic packaging systems for plastic cups: NAS (neutral aseptic system) and Fas (fresh Asepic sy8tem). The former is used for neutral or low acid food, and the latter is used for high acid food, which is called Eka cup in China.
Eka cup is made of neutral sterile NAS sheet and does not need to be sterilized with H202, while other packaging materials for thermoformed or prefabricated cups are still sterilized with H202& Amp; The structure of as sheet (from inside to outside) is pp/pe/eva/evoh (PVDC) /eva/hips, of which EVOH (PVDC) is a high barrier material, which is applied in coextrusion composite materials, so that plastic packaging can have equivalent gas barrier performance with glass, tinplate, aluminum, aluminum / plastic and other materials. In addition to the cooking resistance of hips/eva, all plastic high barrier coextrusion composite materials can replace glass metal and plastic packaging, which has become a new packaging material at present. NAS plastic cup aseptic packaging system is widely used to package various neutral or low acid foods, such as dairy products, cheese products, pudding, fruit juice, thick soup containing meat or vegetables, etc.
Eka cup aseptic packaging machine belongs to the type of thermoforming packaging machine, also known as FFS (form fill seal), i.e. the model of forming filling sealing. The difference is that the aseptic requirements of thermoforming, automatic labeling, filling and sealing are added. When the sheets and covers of NAS enter the sterile section of the machine, the PP protective film is recycled, exposing the sterile PE layer to directly contact with food without the use of chemical fungicides.
