Application of AC servo motor in packaging machinery

1. Application in material measurement

Screw metering is commonly used to measure powdery materials. The purpose of measurement is achieved by the number of turns the screw rotates. In order to improve the measurement accuracy, the screw speed is required to be adjustable and the position positioning is accurate. If the screw is driven by an AC servo motor, the advantages of high control accuracy and good torque frequency characteristics of the AC servo motor can be used to achieve rapid measurement. For the measurement of viscous materials, the AC servo motor can be used to drive the gear pump, and the measurement is carried out through the meshing platform of a pair of gears of the gear pump.

2. Application in transverse sealing device

In the bag making automatic packaging machinery, the transverse sealing device is an important mechanism. It not only requires accurate positioning, but also requires that the linear speed of the transverse sealing wheel is equal to the film feeding speed when the transverse sealing platform is sealed. Moreover, after the transverse sealing wheel pair rolls, the speed strain of the transverse sealing wheel is large, that is, it separates at a faster speed.

The traditional method is realized by mechanical means such as eccentric wheel or crank guide mechanism, which not only has complex mechanism, low reliability, but also is very troublesome to adjust. If the AC servo motor is used to drive the transverse sealing wheel, the excellent motion performance of the AC servo motor can be used to meet the requirements of transverse sealing through the non constant speed movement of the AC servo motor, so as to improve the work quality and efficiency.
